Do you need a specific degree for this course?
Not at all. While we primarily train Physicians (MD and DO), Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses, anyone can take this course as a medical degree is not mandatory.
Do you get a training certificate?
Absolutely! On completion of the online course, you receive a training certificate – a vital document for some malpractice insurance companies.
How do you start the course?
It’s simple. Log in, go to your “Course List” and click “Launch.” Make sure to read the mandatory course information first, then you’re ready to dive into the videos.
After I register, how do I log in?
An email with your log in and password information will be sent to the email address that you provided when you registered.
How do you pay for the course?
We’ve made it easy. Sign up, and you’ll be directed to our secure online payment portal.
How do you access the manual and start-up information?
They’re right at the top of your course page. Download the zipped files, save them on your computer, and extract the information.
How do you view the lesson videos?
Once you’ve read the course instructions, you’ll find a list of eight video modules. Click on a title and press play.
